Gosho-ji stands on a small hill in Utazu with views over the Seto Inland Sea, giving it both pilgrimage and scenic appeal.
Goshoji is the only temple among the 88 Shikoku pilgrimage sites that belongs to the Jishu sect. All others follow Shingon Buddhism, making this a rare place where two major Buddhist traditions coexist.
This temple offers goshuin, but we don't have photos yet. Be the first to share yours!
