From Kawagoe Station it is about a 10-minute bus ride, right by the "Kawagoe Hikawa Jinja" stop. It draws many worshippers on weekends and weekdays alike, and there can be a line at the worship hall. The grounds are well kept, and many people purify at the chozu basin before making their round.
Looking at the main hall from beside the worship hall reveals fine carvings, and behind it stand a married pair of zelkova trees over 600 years old along with a cluster of smaller shrines. The tunnel of ema is the spot you often see in photos, and goshuin are available. The large wooden torii is impressive, and photo spots like pinwheels and carp decorations dot the grounds. Bicycle parking is across the street.

Je n’ai pas vu les carillons, peut-être ne sont-ils pas présents toute l’année ? Sinon endroit tres beau et paisible avec un « couloir » d’ema.
