This temple is about a 5 minute walk from Omotesando Station, tucked just off the main avenue. It is free to enter, and visitors say the grounds are usually quiet and calm, with not many people around, so you can look around at an easy pace.
The main hall is impressive, and several reviews mention the cherry blossoms in spring. The precincts are larger than they first appear, with memorials and other points of interest to notice as you walk. If you want a goshuin, ask at the office, where a prewritten one is available for 300 yen. There is no toilet on site.
