You can reach the temple about 12 minutes on foot from Asakusa Station, or in around 5 minutes by the 100-yen community bus (Megurin Kita). Board at Asakusa Matsuyakita-mae and get off at Sumida Park. The bus announces the stop, so it's easy to find even on a first visit.
The temple is dedicated to Shoten (Kangiten) and has an unusual custom: daikon radish is offered to the deity, symbolizing good health, harmonious marriage, and family unity. A purse symbol represents prosperity.
