The grounds are open 9:00 to 17:00, but prayers and goshuin are accepted only until 16:00.
Safe-childbirth, baby-visit, Shichi-Go-San and misfortune-warding prayers in the main hall must be reserved in advance.
Minami-Hatogaya Station on the Saitama Rapid Railway is about 20 minutes on foot; Nishi-Kawaguchi on the JR Keihin-Tohoku Line about 25. There is parking for 32 cars.
