Use Aomono-yokocho Station on the Keikyu Line; Honsen-ji is about a 1-minute walk from the east exit.
Look for the large seated Jizo statue near the entrance, one of the Edo Six Jizo connected with old Edo travel routes.
Visit around New Year or the September Shukuba Festival if you want to see special local ceremonies, but expect more neighborhood activity than on ordinary days.
