Hisaizu Jinga Shrine is an old shrine in Miyamachi, Iwatsuki Ward, Saitama City. It’s the chief tutelary shrine of Iwatsuki, dedicated to Ōkuninushi no Mikoto. People visit for matchmaking, childbirth, safe delivery, and business prosperity. The grounds are tree-filled, and peacocks are a symbol.
