The cave circuit is described by the official site as taking about five to ten minutes.
Take the Fukushima Kotsu Iizaka Line to Iizaka Onsen Station, then a taxi for about ten minutes. Free parking is available; special New Year traffic arrangements apply.

Explore the red Dainichido, waterfall and cave route in wooded grounds. Admission is free. Visiting normally runs 08:30–17:00, shortened to 16:00 from mid-October through December. Apply for goshuin at reception before your visit. From Iizaka Onsen Station, the official guide suggests a taxi ride of about ten minutes.
