Announcement of the start of distribution of cannabis cards - A Shinto ritual held when Jingu Daima and the shrine's sacred talismans are distributed to each household of parishioners.

This festival is held to give thanks for the smooth performance of all rituals during the year and to pray for a prosperous year to come.

This is a Shinto ritual in which the sins, impurities and disasters that one has committed unknowingly are transferred to a doll, and the person then passes through a "Chigo-no-Wa" (a circular ring of rice straw) to purify their body and mind.
