On the 15th of each month, worshipers move a massive 110-meter Buddhist rosary with 1,080 beads weighing 350 kilograms in a circle inside the main hall, and visitors can join in.

This temple is often confused with the famous Chion-in Temple near Gion, but they're completely different places. Chion-in has a 74-ton bell that once held the world record as the heaviest functioning bell.
