The temple is called the “headache-healing Kannon.” Emperor Go-Shirakawa was reportedly cured of chronic headaches here. You can also try the sacred Gochisui spring water, said to be created by Kobo Daishi.
가을에 방문하면 경내의 아름다운 단풍나무를 감상할 수 있으며, 때때로 경내에서 영업하는 후지나미 찻집에서 훌륭한 미타라시 당고(달콤한 찹쌀 경단)를 맛볼 수 있습니다.
이 사찰은 Sennyuji 사찰 경내 깊숙한 곳에 위치해 있으며, Sennyuji 정문에서 10분간 오르막길을 걸어야 하므로 이동 시간을 넉넉히 계획하시고 경사로에 적합한 편안한 신발을 착용하시기 바랍니다.
고슈인(寺院 도장)을 수집하시는 경우, 일부 방문객들이 도장 접수처의 서비스 품질이 일관되지 않다고 보고한 바 있으니 인내심과 존중하는 태도로 방문하시기 바랍니다.
