Konsen-ji est le temple n° 3 du pèlerinage des 88 temples de Shikoku, à Itano, Tokushima.
Benkei, the legendary warrior monk, supposedly lifted a massive stone here to demonstrate his superhuman strength to Minamoto Yoshitsune before their battle against the Heike clan in 1185. The stone still sits on the temple grounds today.
