• To make a visit count toward verified visit achievement badges, check in while you are at the temple or shrine and allow location access. The location match threshold is 1 km.
• Leave extra time for queues, worship, photography rules, and seasonal crowds.
• Confirm final transit and walking routes with a current navigation app.

Troubleshooting

• If Journey Chat gives weak suggestions, add clearer dates, cities, route names, or saved places.
• If visit history is incomplete, check whether the place was saved or marked visited in the right journey.
• If route order matters, compare the app route with the official pilgrimage route before traveling.

Privacy, accuracy, or availability notes

• Journeys and AI suggestions are planning aids; verify dates, routes, hours, and access before traveling.
• Manual and backdated visits are useful for history, but they are treated as unverified for visit-based badge progress.
• Saved places and visit history can reveal travel patterns if shared publicly.
• Formal pilgrimage route order and temple numbering should be checked against official route sources when accuracy matters.
