Goshuin Atlas combines original editorial content with several open data sources. This page credits those sources and their licenses, as required by the licenses themselves. Where a data source asks for attribution to appear with the data, we provide it here in one place rather than on every screen.
Public transit & bike share
Train line, station, and shared-bike port information is provided by the Public Transportation Open Data Center (公共交通オープンデータセンター), operated by the Association for Open Data of Public Transportation.

This data is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.
The data originates from the transit and bike-share operators and is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. Bike-share port positions are refreshed daily from the operators' public feeds; live availability (how many bikes are free right now) is not shown. Renting a shared bike requires the operator's own app and, in most cases, a Japanese phone number; docomo also sells one-day passes at convenience stores.
