新潟県弥彦村、弥彦山麓に鎮座する古社。越後国一宮の一つで、天香山命を祭神とする。縁結びや開運のパワースポットとして知られ、燈篭おしや菊まつりなど多くの祭事が行われる。現社殿は1916年再建。
