Before you start

  • Free accounts can create one personal goshuincho with a standard 10-page limit.
  • Approved Collector access raises that one free goshuincho to 48 pages.
  • Collector access is not Pro. It does not unlock unlimited goshuincho, advanced journey insights, PDF export, premium presentation, or other Pro tools.

Use these entry points before following the steps. Links are shown only for static routes that exist in Goshuin.com.

Steps

  1. Open your personal goshuincho.
  2. Keep adding goshuin until you are close to the standard free limit.
  3. When the Collector Program prompt appears, choose to apply for Collector access.
  4. Share a short collection context, approximate goshuin count, and optional region, trip, or profile link.
  5. Submit the application and wait for manual review.
  6. If approved, continue adding goshuin to that goshuincho up to 48 pages.

Tips

  • Apply only when you are actively collecting and need more room in your current free goshuincho.
  • Use the context field to explain the trip, route, region, or collection pattern behind the request.
  • Upgrade to Pro if you need more than one goshuincho, advanced stats, exports, or other Pro-only tools.
  • If your application is rejected or access is revoked, your account stays on the standard free limit unless you upgrade or apply again later.

Troubleshooting

  • If you do not see the prompt, check that you are signed in, using a free account, and close to the 10-page limit.
  • If your application is pending, wait for review before submitting another request.
  • If you already have Pro, you do not need Collector access because Pro already supports 48 pages per goshuincho.

Privacy, accuracy, or availability notes

  • Applications are reviewed manually and can be approved, rejected, revoked, or re-applied for later.
  • The optional profile link is only needed if it helps explain your collection activity.
  • Goshuin submissions still follow the normal contribution, privacy, and publication flow.
