Kiyotaki-ji est un temple bouddhiste à Tosa, Kochi, connu comme le Temple n°35 du Pèlerinage de Shikoku. Situé sur le Mont Io, il est lié à Kobo Daishi et vénéré pour son eau de source, son cadre pittoresque à flanc de colline et son rôle dans la fabrication du papier washi de Tosa.

A towering statue of Yakushi Nyorai (Medicine Buddha) rises higher than the main hall's roof, making it visible from far below in Tosa City and serving as the temple's unmistakable landmark.

The temple's Niomon Gate features stunning ceiling paintings from 1900 by artist Kubo Nanso: a dragon on the central panels flanked by heavenly maidens on each side, all rendered in vigorous brushstrokes.
