Yotsuya Suga Jinja自1634年（宽永11年）以来，一直是四谷18个町的守护神社。
Suga Shrine was moved to Yotsuya in the early 1600s, then renamed in 1868. It was badly burned in the 1945 Tokyo air raid and only fully restored in 1989.
