Office and goshuin reception normally run 09:00–17:00; holiday and festival schedules differ.

Regular goshuin are ¥500; limited designs may have a different offering.

About five minutes on foot from Honkawa-cho or Teramachi tram stops; about ten minutes on foot from Peace Memorial Park. Enter the small parking area from the north, along the park.
