Anao-ji (穴太寺) is a Tendai Buddhist temple in Kameoka, Kyoto Prefecture. Its main image is Yakushi Nyorai, while its Shō-Kannon Bosatsu statue makes it the 21st stop on the Saigoku Kannon Pilgrimage, one of Japan's most celebrated Buddhist pilgrimage routes.
