Tips

  • Use Explore to check distance before adding places to a day plan. Nearby on a list does not always mean easy to reach.

Troubleshooting

  • If nearby results look wrong, check location permission and zoom level before trusting the list.
  • If directions do not open correctly, retry from the place detail page and confirm the destination name.
  • If hours, access, or facilities matter for a visit, confirm them with the official source.

Privacy, accuracy, or availability notes

  • Location permission improves nearby and direction workflows but is not required for browsing place pages.
  • Map markers, facilities, routes, and nearby suggestions may simplify real-world geography.
  • Official temple and shrine sources remain the authority for hours, access, events, and goshuin rules.
